In the AI Era, Publishing Intent Beats Hiding Everything

You cannot hide every prompt forever. Ship the general layer publicly, keep the private optimization private — and earn trust as the person who helps.

Q&A from a Claude Bloom session kept replaying in my head: why keep publishing hard-won prompts and kits?

Because in a world where intelligence is delegated to models, pure secrecy on the general layer is temporary. Someone will rediscover the pattern. Better to publish the portable middle — good enough for many people — and keep client-specific harness tuning private.

Open source still rarely pays directly. It buys ecosystem and reputation; revenue usually sits next door (routing, tokens, services). In Korea’s smaller market, license culture is uneven, so the playbook is awareness first, cash engine second.

Token maxing teaches the ceiling; later you cut waste. And if you must start tomorrow: build a channel. Distribution is one of the few moats an individual can still own.
