OpenAI Founder Day Seoul was loud in the best way — full rooms, sharp questions, and a denser mix of operators than most conference days.

What stuck was not a single demo. It was how many people were already past “should we try AI?” and into “which workflow breaks if we do not.” That is a different conversation.

I left tired and grateful. If we met in the hallway, thank you. If you only saw the photos, the useful part was the side chats about harnesses, quotas, and what still needs a human signature.
