先週末、FigmaチューターのYiseo Haさんに招かれHuddling Clubで話しました。題はシンプルで、AIエージェントと働き失敗し再セットしたソロビルダーの2ヶ月です。

持っていった要点:

1. ソロに必要なのは自分のチャンネルと本番仕事用ハーネス。デモ用スタックではない。
2. 初期セットアップが後の全工程を変える。
3. トークンを振り切るのは環境を作っている間だけ意味がある。
4. AIネイティブとは思考をすぐAIに問い行動に移す人、とQ&Aで答えました。
5. 企画をAIと数時間インタビューで終えれば、実行層がかなり運んでくれる、とも。

実行はモデルの仕事になりつつあります。完成品には入力として符号化された基準が要ります。Tasteの文書化です。

入力・品質基準・失敗メモがはっきりしてから、繰り返し仕事を専用ハーネスに渡せました。
