팀 전체가 AI에 진심인 건 맞는데, 정작 본인 업무를 자동화할 시간은 아무도 못 냈습니다. 회의 사이 사이에 틈내서 해보자는 말만 몇 달째.

그래서 아예 하루를 잡았습니다. 각자 자기 업무에서 가장 반복적이고 귀찮은 걸 골라서, 직접 에이전트로 만들어보는 해킹 데이.

투표 1위 우승 프로덕트는 'Flask' 였습니다.

• 플라멜 베타 서버와 피그마를 자동 비교해 디자인 일치도 측정
• 수정이 필요한 영역·이유·수정 코드까지 제안
• QA 리포트는 마크다운으로 정리되어 노션으로 바로 연결

특히 인상 깊었던 건, 개발 경험이 전혀 없는 디자이너 우현진 님께서 Google AI Studio만으로 끝까지 구현해냈다는 점입니다.

저도 "이게 되네…?" 싶었어요. 진짜로.

AI가 아이디어에서 끝나지 않고, 실제 제품 품질과 속도를 끌어올리는 도구가 되는 순간을 눈앞에서 봤습니다.

그리고 Jongwon Park 님이 시연해주신 노션 AI도 인상적이었습니다. 도메인 지식이 레버리지되면 자동화의 수준이 생각보다 훨씬 높다는 걸 체감한 하루였습니다.
