이유는 단순합니다. 사용자가 원하는 걸 가장 빨리 배포했기 때문입니다. 오픈소스 플러그인 구조를 열어서 경쟁사 Codex 까지 안으로 들어오게 만든 것도 같은 철학이에요.

Managed Agents 는 그 철학의 인프라 버전입니다. 하네스가 낡으면 하네스만 바꾸면 됩니다. 모델이 좋아져서 context anxiety 가 사라지면 그 코드를 걷어내면 그만이에요.

3️⃣ 그런데 지금 시장이 무섭게 움직이고 있습니다

오픈 소스 GLM-5.1 이 프론티어급 성능을 찍었고 Alibaba Qwen, Xiaomi Mimo, Minimax, StepFun 이 말도 안 되는 가격으로 사용량 측면에서 최상위권으로 올라오고 있습니다. 

미국도 마찬가지예요. Gemma 와 Nemotron 최신 버전에 대해 일반 사용자는 큰 반응이 없었을지 몰라도 B2B 현장에서는 파괴적입니다.

→ 오픈소스 하네스는 이미 Openclaw, Hermes-agent 등으로 퍼지고 있고 
→ 프론티어 모델 접근 비용은 매달 반토막 나고 있고 
→ Anthropic 이 인터페이스를 고정하고 구현을 교체 가능하게 만든 건 이 속도를 버티려는 설계입니다

4️⃣ 빌더한테 남은 선택지

뇌와 손을 분리하는 아키텍처가 정답이라면 두 가지 길밖에 없습니다. 
이 철학으로 하나의 팀만을 위해 직접 만들거나. 
가장 범용적인 걸 빨리 만들어서 시장에 심거나.

모델은 commodity 가 됩니다. 하네스도 commodity 가 됩니다. 
남는 건 누가 먼저 돌아가는 걸 만들고 뿌리느냐 입니다.
