看了Lovable增长负责人Elena Verna的访谈，我深受震撼。她是在Miro、Dropbox和Amplitude主导增长的20年老兵，然而她说过去学到的东西只有30%到40%现在还管用。

所有运营AI创业公司的人大概都有切身体会，但她的访谈值得我们再次深入思考。

## 传统增长公式已经失效

过去找到一次产品市场契合度，就能在这个基础上扩张好几年。但AI完全不同。技术变化太快，客户预期每三个月就会发生变化。即使做到2亿美元ARR，也必须不断重新证明自己。

最令人惊讶的发现是：漏斗优化对增长的贡献仅为5%左右。剩下的95%来自新功能发布。小幅改进毫无意义。一切都在快速变化，执着于细节优化根本行不通。

## Lovable实际在做什么

**不停地发布，不停地宣传。** 工程师亲自发布更新公告，创始人每天在Twitter上发布进展。让产品给人一种活力十足的感觉。客户保持好奇，竞争对手疲于追赶。

**AI产品运营成本高昂，却反而免费派发。** 资助黑客马拉松、赞助活动、发放额度。他们把这些不当成本，而当作营销。口碑像复利一样回报。

**网红营销的效果是付费广告的10倍。** 这一点我感触特别深。用短视频展示产品能做什么，比任何文字说明传播得更快、转化率也更高。

**社区不是可选项。** Lovable在Discord上有数十万成员互相帮助，放大口碑效应，提高留存率，营造圈内人的归属感。现在光做产品已经不够了，你必须构建一个完整的世界。
