上周末受 Figma 导师 Yiseo Ha 邀请，在 Huddling Club 分享。题目很简单：和 AI 智能体一起工作、失败、重置的独行 builder 两个月。

浓缩版：

1. 独行 builder 需要自己的渠道和真正业务用 harness，不是演示栈。
2. 初始设置会改变之后每一步。
3. 把 token 拉满只在塑造工作环境时有意义，不是永久模式。
4. Q&A 里我说，AI 原生的人会把想法立刻问给 AI 并变成行动。
5. 用几小时和 AI 访谈把策划做完后，执行层能扛很多活。

执行越来越是模型的事。成品仍需要你把标准写成输入：什么叫好、要避开什么、已经失败过什么。我称之为把品味文档化。

输入、质量线、失败笔记清楚之后，重复工作才能进专用 harness。在那之前，日子会塌进对空白会话反复自我解释。

一句话：在渠道、harness 和品味文档存在之前，别再多买 token。
