睇咗 Lovable 增長負責人 Elena Verna 嘅訪談，我大受震撼。佢係喺 Miro、Dropbox 同 Amplitude 主導增長嘅 20 年老將，但佢話過去學到嘅嘢只有 30% 到 40% 而家仲用得著。

所有營運 AI 初創嘅人應該都有切身體會，不過佢嘅訪談值得我哋再深入諗吓。

## 傳統增長公式已經失效

以前搵到一次產品市場契合度，就可以喺呢個基礎上擴張幾年。但 AI 完全唔同。技術變化太快，客戶期望每三個月就會變。就算做到 2 億美金 ARR，都要不斷重新證明自己。

最令人驚訝嘅發現係：漏斗優化對增長嘅貢獻只有大約 5%。剩低嘅 95% 來自新功能發佈。細微改進冇乜意義。所有嘢都喺快速變化，執著於細節優化根本行唔通。

## Lovable 實際做緊啲乜

**不停咁部署，不停咁宣傳。** 工程師親自發佈更新公告，創辦人每日喺 Twitter 發佈進展。令產品畀人一種充滿活力嘅感覺。客戶保持好奇，競爭對手追得好辛苦。

**AI 產品營運成本高昂，但反而免費派發。** 贊助黑客松、贊助活動、派發額度。佢哋唔當呢啲係成本，而係當作行銷。口碑好似複利咁回報。

**KOL 行銷嘅效果係付費廣告嘅 10 倍。** 呢一點我感觸特別深。用短片展示產品可以做到啲乜，比任何文字說明傳播得更快、轉換率亦更高。

**社群唔係選擇題。** Lovable 喺 Discord 有幾十萬成員互相幫助，放大口碑效應，提高留存率，營造圈內人嘅歸屬感。而家淨係做產品已經唔夠，你要建構一個完整嘅世界。

模型效能大幅提升或者價格斷崖式下跌嘅時刻終會到來。嗰個時間點就係翻轉市場嘅機會。
