看了 Lovable 成長負責人 Elena Verna 的訪談，我深受震撼。她是在 Miro、Dropbox 和 Amplitude 主導成長的 20 年老將，然而她說過去學到的東西只有 30% 到 40% 現在還管用。

所有經營 AI 新創的人大概都有切身體會，但她的訪談值得我們再次深入思考。

## 傳統成長公式已經失效

以前找到一次產品市場契合度，就能在這個基礎上擴張好幾年。但 AI 完全不同。技術變化太快，客戶期待每三個月就會改變。即使做到 2 億美元 ARR，也必須不斷重新證明自己。

最令人驚訝的發現是：漏斗優化對成長的貢獻僅為 5% 左右。剩下的 95% 來自新功能發布。小幅改進毫無意義。一切都在快速變化，執著於細節優化根本行不通。

## Lovable 實際在做什麼

**不停地部署，不停地宣傳。** 工程師親自發布更新公告，創辦人每天在 Twitter 上發布進展。讓產品給人一種充滿活力的感覺。客戶保持好奇，競爭對手疲於追趕。

**AI 產品營運成本高昂，卻反而免費發放。** 贊助黑客松、贊助活動、發放額度。他們把這些不當成本，而當作行銷。口碑像複利一樣回報。

**網紅行銷的效果是付費廣告的 10 倍。** 這一點我感觸特別深。用短影片展示產品能做什麼，比任何文字說明傳播得更快、轉換率也更高。

**社群不是選擇題。** Lovable 在 Discord 上有數十萬成員互相幫助，放大口碑效應，提高留存率，營造圈內人的歸屬感。現在光做產品已經不夠了，你必須建構一個完整的世界。
