上週末受 Figma 導師 Yiseo Ha 邀請，在 Huddling Club 分享。題目很簡單：和 AI 代理一起工作、失敗、重置的獨行 builder 兩個月。

濃縮版：需要自己的頻道與真正業務用 harness；初始設定會改變之後每一步；把 token 拉滿只在塑造環境時有意義；品味必須文件化。輸入、品質線、失敗筆記清楚後，重複工作才能進專用 harness。
