After Founder Day Seoul 2026 I kept returning to one feeling: the market is pricing builders who can show running systems, not only strategy slides.
The Codex-for-non-developers session worked because the workflows were ones I run alone every week. People did not need another feature list. They needed a path from blank repo to something a non-engineer can steer.
I will keep publishing the setups. The day was also a reminder to stay kind to the calendar — these events compress a month of conversations into eight hours.
